Instructions
After positioning your slide locate a view containing some sperm.
Count the number of normal and abnormal sperm in the field of view by selecting either the NORMAL or ABNORMAL button.
When completed press UPDATE SUMMARY to store the information to a variable
Now locate another satisfatory field of view and press - MOVE TO A NEW VIEW. This then displays the running total for sperm morphology.
Repeat as above for each field of view until the % normal forms does not change.
 
 
 
 
 
Running Estimate
 
  Continue until the % normal forms remains constant.
