are several question formats - the main formats are
either multiple choice or number replies. The format
for these are different. For instance, the mulptile
choice format is as displayed below. If you do not
wish to record a reply but do not want to see the
question again, you can record a null reply. This
marks your reply as invalid and is not used in any
computation.
