If
you select "JOIN" and then "ENROLLMENT
FORM" there are several susbcription options.
These are:
- Single
(Individual) subscription not in a QAP group
- QAP
Group subscription either as
- Individuals
in isolated schemes
- Company
subscription in one scheme only eg sperm motility
- Company
asubscription in all the schemes of a discipline
eg Embryology
- Global
susbcription in all the schemes that are available.
- Note
that any company subscription allows unlimited
staff enrollment in the schemes selected [both
current and in the future] eg for new employees.
