Survey:2014 IVF Laboratory census /False
Comment:FertAid has used the 2013 census as the blueprint for this survey but in response to feedback and curiosity expanded some sections. For instance the type of media has been included but only for established products. FertAid acknowledges this is general in nature and not reflective of any product and subject to potential browser bias. Several quality questions have been added plus some on workload and issues. Happy to receive comments and criticism over content. Make the 2015 census better.

Comments
#0 writes: We culture the embryos in groups
#0 writes: In women <35 we transfer avg = 1.85 embryos. We culture non PGD/PGS in groups based on D2 embryo development.
#0 writes: Media type ... we use three commercial Cook, Vitrolife, Origio ... whole suite used per patient treatment cycle
#0 writes: No issues in the laboratory!
#0 writes: # 3 We are split evenly between Benchtop incubators and Low O2 big box incubators. # 25 GPS dish # 39 Group culture 3-4/drop
#0 writes: We do both group and single embryo culture, but no more than 4 per drop. We do more than 40% eSET in all age groups Mix sequential media brands We devide our pts between into multiple incubators depending on their D in the the lab and procedure type. I do not think many people are still doing D3 biopsy or ET.
#0 writes: Majority of embryos are frozen on day 1 as 2PN.
#0 writes: We perform closed group culture.
